Architectural issues are governed by Articles 4 and 5 within our Covenants.  There is also an Amendment to the Architectural sections of the bylaws concerning new construction. Approval of new construction is required prior to commencement of any activity and a damage deposit and Deposit Agreement is required upon receipt of committee approval. 

It is every Member, Owner, Tenant or Contractor's responsibility to know and understand the covenants, bylaws and guidelines.  If you have any questions the Board and Architectural Committee are here to help.
